Crystal Report related - Printing group headers

I am trying to print a Group Heading on each page and I can't seem to get it to work. I've gone into "Format Group" and don't see anything there that indicates I can do what I am seeking to do. Am I missing something?

Have you actually inserted a Group section in the report? A group header (or footer) will only print when the data referred to by the group changes. I'm assuming you're using Crystal.

Do you have a Change Group menu item (when right clicking the section name)? This will bring up the Change Group Options Screen and at the bottom is the option "Repeat Group Header on Each Page".
