    how to convert from mpeg2 to mpeg2 ts

    please can someone help me to convert from mpeg2 to mpeg2 ts(transport stream) using vb.net ,or give me any idea of how i can begin

    it would definitely require some kind of external library... as to which ones to use, I have searched in the past a little but did not find too much...
