Going to Germany
I'm going to Germany soon, on business. I did learn German back at GCSE, but can't remember very much of it. I shall be armed only with my two trusty phrases:
"Wie komme ich am besten zum bahnhof, bitte?"
and
"Hande hoch"
Will I be alright?

Well if you look Jewish, the Germans will be extra nice to you because they are more sensative of being seen as anti-semetic.

Just tell them you won the war and you demand they speak English.

Never really wanted to go to Germany, same as France. Beautiful country spoiled by the residents
