[RESOLVED] AIO Windows App
hi all
im trying to make an AIO windows app that i can use that basically has these elements...
media player capabilities (playlists especially)
IE Window
Notepad
so i can use them all on the one from kinda thing
im looking round for the code to open and play a playlist without opening windows media player in a new window, and to try n save the notepad chages too. having an IE window i can do

Welcome to the Forums.
I doubt that anyone will write the entire app for you unless you want this moved to Project Requests forum. 
If not you can checkout the PlaySound API to play a sound file.

Did you try adding the Media Player Control to a form?

You could set the media player to invisible

yer tht works to an extent, i need to be able to change the tracks and things,
NVM, sorted it with keypress events etc
right one left, the IE window displayed, any ideas

Add a Web Browser control to your form too then. Microsoft HTML Object Library is the control you want to add from the Project > Components > Controls tab.

In the Thread Tools menu (top right side of page) click on the "Mark Thread as Resolved" and it will add "[RESOLVED]" to your threads subject and change the subject icon to my green check mark icon.
