[RESOLVED] AIO Windows App

hi all
im trying to make an AIO windows app that i can use that basically has these elements...

media player capabilities (playlists especially)
IE Window
Notepad

so i can use them all on the one from kinda thing

im looking round for the code to open and play a playlist without opening windows media player in a new window, and to try n save the notepad chages too. having an IE window i can do

Welcome to the Forums.

I doubt that anyone will write the entire app for you unless you want this moved to Project Requests forum.

If not you can checkout the PlaySound API to play a sound file.

I've been waiting for someone to respond to this in the hopes someone would explain what AIO means?

yer lol i dont mean tht thou, i mean an all in one i can use like everyday stuff like music n IE all in one window sortta fing

Did you try adding the Media Player Control to a form?

yer but doesnt tht make the media player open? i want it to play from the form without needing to change

You could set the media player to invisible

yer tht works to an extent, i need to be able to change the tracks and things,

NVM, sorted it with keypress events etc

Add a Web Browser control to your form too then. Microsoft HTML Object Library is the control you want to add from the Project > Components > Controls tab.

sorry bout this but

In the Thread Tools menu (top right side of page) click on the "Mark Thread as Resolved" and it will add "[RESOLVED]" to your threads subject and change the subject icon to my green check mark icon.
