    I would like to create a web cam software and I don't know how. Someone have an idea ???

    Logitech have a brilliant SDK for their popular Quickcam range of webcams. I have written a few small apps myself with it in VB, very easy. Of course, it only works with Logitech Quickcams. A poll I have been doing recently suggests about 40% of webcam owners use a Logitech Quickcam.
