Re: Where to download MS Access?
I'm pretty sure Access only comes as part of the high-end versions of Office.

I found this http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/FX010857911033.aspx but they only allow you to download a trial of the MS Office not Access alone. I already have Office on my comp.

Check out my "FreeAxcess" program in my signature... its FREE (However its really meant to view and modify data in existing databases as a front end, you cant create new tables (yet ) )
As for downloading it, do you mean "to purchase and download"? Or to get it "free of charge"...???

Re: Where to download MS Access?
Arent there ways to "activate" the trial version and convert it to a regular version through the program??
*EDIT - heres info on how to do that....
http://www.microsoft.com/office/trial/convert.mspx
***Another EDIT - seems it still tells you to get it from an online retailer or other retailer... what a bunch of crock...

Re: Where to download MS Access?
I think the best you can do is get an "upgrade" version of one of the versions of Office that has it... which will mean a re-install of what you have already

I found stand alone versions. http://www.compusa.com/products/prod...06236&pfp=cat3 but I wanted to download it. It's snowing here on the East Coast. Didn't want to have to go out in this crap.
