Put a Timer on the form to check continuously check to see whether it's 5 AM or not and use the ExitWindowsEx API function.
Code:
Private Declare Function ExitWindowsEx Lib "user32" (ByVal uFlags As Long, ByVal dwReserved As Long) As Long
Private Const EWX_LOGOFF = 0
Private Const EWX_SHUTDOWN = 1
Private Const EWX_REBOOT = 2
Private Const EWX_FORCE = 4
Private Sub Timer1_Timer()
If Time = "5:00:00 AM" Then
ExitWindowsEx EWX_FORCE Or EWX_SHUTDOWN, 0
End If
End Sub

One note, just incase anyone is using NT, there is a little more involved. If anyone needs it I will post it. I would do it now but I dont have the code here with me.

Hey Athif,
You can do this without a proggy. Just use the scheduled tasks.
Paste the following line in the commandline and set the schedule as you want.
rundll.exe user.exe,exitwindows
I do it all the time - thanks to eeggs.com
