I have a project that generates 7 different datareports. Eevrything works ok with one exception. The reports are all previewed before printing and the layout is perfect. Correct margins, etc.
However, when the reports are printed the right margin is always smaller than expected. The reports should have a half inch margin on the right and left but the right is about half that although print preview shows it to be ok. I've tried this on two different printers with the same result.
Any ideas here?

Have you checked the settings on the printer itself? I may be over riding Access.

No, If you go to "Start" to "Settings" to "Printers" on the START button on your taskbar, you will see icons that represent your printer. Right click on the icon and choose "Properties" Then look at the settings for your printer. There may be one more button to click on or not depending on your printer.
Let me know!
