How do you find out how many SQL CALs are on a SQL Server ?

Just check the label on the box. Most SQL Servers have about 2000 calories.

Client Access License.
The maximum number of users that are allowed access a server.
The number of CALs is written on the box when you buy SQL, but if you have lost the box, or got it installed OEM, or bought a license agreement with Microsoft for CALs, I'm not sure how to find out how many you have.
One of my customers has just asked me ...

5 CAL means 5 end user can check mail at the same time only?
