Micro Edition. Usually applications for phones, I don't know if they include something that's not for phones. Just wondering because of the name "Micro". It's so general... I could be wrong here.

Your are in some kind right.
Micro Edition is Java that works on KVM (Kilo Virtual Machine) instead of JVM
It works on any kind of devices that has processing abilities, even Satellite receivers, it also has limited configurations and profile abilities

Can we use J2ME to develop application for Pocket PC?
Could you list the device that has processing abilities? I am not English so i am sure about word processing abilities. Thansk.

You can use J2ME for pocket PCs.
I can't list all devices but any device might use J2ME if it has more than 128kb memory
