    Crystal Report V8 problem.....

    hi people,
    i'm facing problem in creating report in Crystal Report. I am using VB6 with Access 2000. Some time values from fields didn't appears correctly on Report. To correct this problem i have to re-creat new report using Crystal Report...which remained stable for 3 or 5 days laster i behave bad like i said.
    so plz help, me...

    Plz save ur report without data. Uncheck option save report with data from file menu.

    thanx for your attention, but i want to save my data with report. By the way how can i uncheck this option?

    You can upcheck the option from the CR Report Designer.

    What does this mean? What isn't appearing correctly? How should it appear? How is it appearing?

    Hi Plucky

    I think its better u don't save ur data with report as whenever u will open the report from your application, it will pick data from the database. if u want to have selective records use selection formula. To uncheck that option, go to File-> Save Data with Report.

    damini_dd, thanx i have found the option, and i saved my report without data. Now lets see what happen after couple of days.

    you always been a very helpful, i am facing problem with Crystal Report. Might you remember i told you that i'm developing a Production Report in VB6 using Access on its back-end. Now i want to show the production data in report and i call it (Daily Production Report). some times running hours of machines appears ok, like (24.00) but some times it shows like (0.00) and like this some other data also appears in round figure or sometimes in more like 222,323.00 instead of 1023.00 that is totaly strange...
    so, here is my problem..
    plz help me to fix this bull****, pleaz.......

    How are you formatting and passing the run time to your report?

    crystalreport1.selectionformula="{table.fieldname}=" & value

    Oh...those are CR formulas not VB6.

    Are you having the same problem as Plucky?

    hay people,
    what about my question.. plz help me friends...

    Heres another question i would ask...
    How can i print with crystal report the data of Last seven days?
    I am saving date wise data in table. like i want to print HOw much cement produced in Last Seven days including today.. actully i want to show comparison... ?
    Help.
