    Arrow Embedding Video into executable

    Hello everyone,
    Can you help me with this..
    I tried putting my VCD dat file as an embedded resource in .Net.To retrieve it,im only able to take it as a memory stream...How do I convert it back to its type and play it?
    I dont wish to copy it to the harddisk..I would like to play it as an embedded resource.
    Im using VS2005 btw.
