    asp.net version mismatch

    Hi guys good day when I try to open a new project in framework 1.1 I got an error asp.net version mismatch in which the web server is running on asp.net 1.0 and I'm creating a web application in framework 1.1. I've searched and come up running aspnet_regiis.exe -i in command prompt and it was successful but still I got the same error. What am I missing here?

    Do you have both of the frameworks installed there? What version of the framework is VS targetting?

    Yeah I have version 1.0 and 1.1 and it's targetting version 1.0.

    Yeah I tried it already but still it gives me an error that the web server is running version 1.0.
