    getting in shape...

    Ran 10 km in just under an hour. Not bad for a longhaired drinking goofball like me

    Um liverpool england? You do realise if you expose yourself to liverpudlians you will put on weight, best bet, stay inside with a few tinnies, with Sky Sports on
