well kina. right now all the music that is copy righted cannt be put on napster with out the artists permission. so that basicly means that thier r no good bands on napster but LiMp BiZkIt. so its back to the old way, now u got to use a search engien and find things on the artist and then after like 3 hours of looking find thier cd on some crappy web page and down load it, witch takes another 3 hours cause they use http transfer. and i would down load the music cuase before napster i used to have all the LiMp BiZkIt cd's on a web site that used streaming audio and it got shut down.
and for that reason im working on a program that will down load the file so its not streaming anymore.

Go for it!
I use napster because otherwise you pay £16 for a CD where you're only going to listen to one track!
I don't mind paying say, £2 for one track, because that's reasonable.

So err.. no good bands at all then hehe
It certainly sucks. There's an interesting article at www.coldhate.com about one guy's views on it, it's kinda interesting to read. I have to say I agree.
I know I'm always doing this (being a pedant), but the phrase is "I couldn't give a *****", not "I could give a *****". A lot of people say it wrong. Don't know why things like that bug me, but they do. No offence intended or anything.

Thank you Harry.................the only thing that bothers me more.....language-wise........is...
I could care less....vs.......I couldn't care less.
How hard is it to figure out which one is correct????
I thought it was just an American kid thing but I guess not.

That annoys me too... but my worst pet peev is when "u", "ur", "ull", "y", "r", etc. is used. I also don't like when people start a sentence with and(I do it all the time though ), another thing that really annoys me is when people don't capitalize anything, or use apostraphes.

What you're typing is not slang?!?!?!?!?
BTW, Katie is American, and she has American children, I am pretty sure she knows how it looks/sounds when slang is used.

I have found bizatch to be a quite useful word in spite of it being part of the kid's slang....
Another one that is over-used around here is "rip you a new one" as in.......she was so mad she ripped me a new one!

One that seems to be quite common in the DC area is "I'll put a cap in yo ass nigga" meaning you are going to shoot them.
Ehhh.. sorry for the slight profanity, but that's how everybody says it.
PW: Rip a new what? That doesn't make much sense.

If that's what people talk like, they can keep it. I have enough trouble understanding people with heavy accents, let alone people with their own little language. Well I know what they're saying, I just don't care.

There's not a word in the english language spelled like
thiers
meny
im
u
ppl
And the correct usage of the word threw is as follows:
"I threw the ball, which resulted in a broken window."
What you want is Through.
"When I threw the ball, it went through that window."
