PHP Template Generator

I am interested in making a program that generates PHP Code for Forum Templates/PHPNuke Templates, and just assist in PHP Coding based on what the user defines. I want to make this so that it is easy for people to make thier own really cool templates.

It will have tons of options and everything. If anyone is interested in joining, PM me or post here.

OK, PHP Template Generator is a small file that basically helps with PHP coding. I included some images that you can look at. Basically it is not like a WYSIWYG, but here are some of the features:

+Easy To Use Code Debugger
+CSS Debugger
+Database Editor for making .sql files
+PHP Outline files so that it inserts modifiable styles of a script like PHPBB, PHPNuke, and so on

Basically, I just want a PHP code help program. Just look at the screenshots to get an idea.
