    Here is the app if anyone is interested. It lets you view the output in the app but saves a HTML file in c:\ (test.html)

    As i Say not perfect and you can crash it if you mess around but works well otherwise. 100x100 pixel images tops. Avatars are perfect 65/65 ish

    its vb .Net 2005 exe for those without VS
