pocket pc app

Hey,

I have a pocket pc that will simply populate the pocket outlook with appointments and contacts from another application.
I have a desktop app that will take the data nad serialize it, then copy it to the pocket pc. I want to do this during active sync. Is there any way that I can run my app during active sync? Like a conduit.
