Generally I see this message for a positive rep point,

Your reputation on this post is Positive.

But in a some posts I found this message,

Your reputation on this post is Somewhat Positive.

Does members with more than one gem has more than 2 reputation options ?

This is not the case. I don't have any negative rep. (till now )
The only negative rep I received was a mistake. The member, MartinLiss and you (Hack) kindly corrected it.

The level is that makes it change from "Somewhat Positive" to only "Positive" is 6 positive rep points or better.

I'm more confused. I have received a "Somewhat Positive" and a "Positive" from 2 members. Both of them are 400+

I have updated the Reputations and Rating Posts thread in UtilityBank. I think what I have there is correct, but if it's not, then it's incorrect.

Yes I agree. Currently Rob's Reputation Points FAQ says

"If you have received no ratings on that post it will say "Your reputation on this post is Even". If you have received ratings totalling up to 5 positive points it will say "Somewhat Positive", for down to -5 points it will say "Somewhat Negative". Above 5 points total it will say "Positive" and below 5 points it will say "Negative"

I don't know if the +5/-5 levels are correct (but they probably are) but I do know that it has nothing to do with the type of rating. In other words there doesn't have to be a mixture of poitive and negative, although there could be.

6 points of reputation power, not gems

I have 6 gems... but only 3 points of reputation power... see further up in the FAQ for the full explanation of the reputation power system and an example of how to calculate it.

It doesn't have anything to do with who gives you the points. The only thing that matters is the total number of points given to the post.
