FTP Type Program

Is it possible to create a program that works like an FTP server. For example I would like to upload files and/or folders on a program from my computer, but I want the program to save those files through the internet onto a hard drive on another computer!!!! Is it possible??? Please reply!!! I need some kind of software for transportation methods.

That's what an FTP server does. If you have XP Pro, you can install IIS, which allows FTP access. Anything that runs IIS can use the FTP service. All browsers can upload to an FTP server.

Please explain what you need to do.

Sorry for replying sooooo late... I was just really really busy...

Well I want to create a program that basically can be accessed by a person who has the program. And the program would basically do the transactions for you...

I want to this because for people who have Windows XP Home... like me... because I want to set up something like an Ftp Server.
