A protected cd?? Do you mean to keep it from being Ripped by a Program or What?
because if that is what you mean to keep a CD from being ripped well it hasnt even been done professionally by Game Developers,Hollywood,Music CD's etc...
All end up getting ripped...
If not above please explain...

i didnt mean it that way..
iv tried a to copy a vcd from cd-to-cd.. it has a video, but it has no audio.. i asked someone, and he said its protected..

It is protected in that way yes..The only way to get around it ,Is too Rip the VCD Video & Audio Files from the Disc..
Now this can be complicated to do I myself have tried it and its not easy to do..Ripping is the easy Part The hard part is putting the Video and Audio back onto a CD Without Losing the FPS,Audio Quality...
And Leave out the Protection system of the disc...
The other trick is compacting it into a Different Video Format Unless you wanted to leave it as VCD...I would Google CD/DVD Rippers ..Now a Good Program for this is DvdXCopy
Not an easy job..lol
