Re: opening firefox
Have you downloaded it?
Do you need to somehow incorporate its use into a VB application?

You would still have to download and install the portable version though, right?

Re: opening firefox
You just run it.
The exe name is, guess what, "firefox.exe".

I quite honestly don't understand the problem at all. Could you explain what's wrong with a slightly higher level of verbosity?

This dont work on IE, but it dose on FF so therefore i need to know how to open firefox, when its already installed on the system, i have used a code on vb to open other aplications, but it dont work for firefox, i know its installaed somewhere, but it just wont open, therefor i need to know where and how i can use it without being kicked out from collage

OK, now I see.
i know its installaed somewhere, but it just wont open
...when you do what? Start menu? Possibly a permissions thing... Portable Firefox sounds like the ideal solution in this situation as it does not require any >local user permissions.

how i can use it without being kicked out from collage
This I can't really help you with, but if this that you describe:
I have a major problem with black on white
is a medical condition, and using Firefox alleviates the issue, then I can't see how your college would have any right to prevent you from using something like Portable Fx, which will not affect their computers (adversely or otherwise).
