You have to create an Installation program so that all the necessary files are installed and registered on machines that don't have VB6 installed. The Package and Deployment Wizard is included with Visual Studio. Just go to the Add-In section, and you can add it. Just run the add-in and it will guide you in creating an installed. There are also others on the market.
