Go dressed up for the first interview. It could be the most laid back company of all, but show that you're serious by wearing a shirt and pants. I never wear that stuff, but I did just for first interviews.

I like the idea, but doesn't it seem a bit hostile? Like attacking them before they have even said yes or now? I guess it all depends on how you say it though....
