A stroke is caused by a reduction of blood to the brain caused by a blockage in a blood vessel in the brain. A brain haemorrhage is bleed inside the brain which can be a consequence of a stroke but is reffered to as compression if it is not cuased by stroke.

A stroke is something you do with a pen, a brain haemhorrage is something that someone does to you with a pen.
