Maxtor external fireewire drive
...keeps crashing windows XP.
Has anyone had this problem before?
The Maxtor website is the worst site I have ever seen in my entire life. No help whatsoever.
HELP!
I don't live here any more.

When does it crash? As soon as you plug it in or when you use it?

Check you event log to see if its logging an error. If so what error is it?
