IT professionals....
i have read an article that says IT professions belong to younger ages... i partly believe because computer gurus that i know are young... not like with other professions that, as you get older you'll do your craft much better...
do you believe in that?..

well, in alot of trades age bring experience, but then becomes a burden because of physical ability, this isn't the case in the computer world.
on the other hand, as things move so quickly, your old knowledge becomes less and less relevant to current technology.
I'd say it's actually a fair game, age doesn't matter too much.
my opinion anyway.

Its only that way as with more experience you get offered the Project Managers/Leaders jobs. This doesn't involve programming any more but is much more financially rewarding.

If you maximise it splits into two columns but if its not i.e windowstate.normal then it is all stacked as one column.
