A router. If you really want to be secure get one that has a firewall built it (that's most of them). I'd also invest in a virus/adware scanner.

You might want to consider onsite help (ie. GeekSquad from BestBuy.com). A router/firewall (like TPM suggested) would be perfect for your connection, but setting them up can take some expertise that we might not beable to sufficiently explain to you.

I think you haven't understood what you're asking about...

Are you trying to run invisibly so no one knows who you are? You have to have some sort of a location, otherwise sites and networks won't know where to send requested files to.

You can't stop the admin from getting on your computer without leaving the domain.

On a Local Area Network (ie a bunch of computers connected via a switch or hub) you'd use a personal firewall to stop direct access to your machine, and encryption to secure your activity (email etc). Encryption will only secure the data however, people could still tell who your comunicating with. To get around that you could use a proxy server.

Not if you want to do anything that would require a LAN. (I probably should have been more specific)

    Assuming you're using IE...

Go to Tools >> Internet Options >> Connections Tab >> LAN Settings

Is "Use a proxy for..." checked?

To encrypt your web traffic you'd use SSL. Take it from me though, if your network admin really want's to know what your up to they'll have no problem finding out.

    What's its advantage ...
I think you have good understanding of my concern.
I am scared after having chat with the admin he said that he is having all the access to all computers and can check who is visiting which website and what he is downloading.
I want to keep my self away from his reach.I don't want to hack into system but just wanna keep my privacy good.

    Re: Secure Network

I'd suggest you do all of your 'questionable' web surfing at home. That's the safest option. you could also ask your admin what is acceptable. Different companies have different rules. The reason I say this is because even if you where able to get around the website tracking, the admin's going to notice pretty quickly and you'll get in trouble for messing around with your machine and/or they'll find another way to track you.

You can't keep yourself away from the reach of a network administrator (at least not for long) and you shouldn't be able to. One of the jobs of a network administrator is to ensure that the rules established by the company which employs you both are enforced. That is part of his job. If you do anything which prevents him from reaching your machine, he will know about it. He will report it, and your company's management is going to want to know why you did it, and compell you to remove whatever you did, or, they will simply take your PC away from you, give you a new one that does not have what you put on it, but does have even tighter restrictions on not allowing you to do that again.

Follow this advice, and follow the rules of your company, and life will be good.

Then who is this admin person that you had a chat with? If you are talking about your home computer, who are you worried about getting into it?

    *What Service*

*What i am going to do*

i'm not seeing why thier would be a home network with 30+ computers on it??

but....you can always delete your history go to My Computer then windows and temporary internet files and delete all that(to get rid of all the porn pics) and then go to the trash can and remove all files.

next thing you can do is go to www.hidemyass.com and then type where you want to go and it'll flip you on a proxy server. or look down at the proxy list and if you're using IE go to :
    Tools
    Internet Options
    Connections
    LAN Settings
Enable the proxy server then type in the ip and then the port number
