Re: video file burning...
Dont know what version of Nero your using ,so with that in mind....Nero gives several Different Burning Options...Since Nero is telling you the file is too large try another Burn Format...Like an SVCD,or you can Burn the File as DATA...The File will still play dosnt need to be burned onto a Disc in a Video Format..
Because the file is already a Video Format "Compressed" unlike the Orginal DVD Files. So burning it as a DATA Disc will also work fine...
Let me know what version of Nero your running so i can help better...the New Nero 7 Ultra Edition has alot of very nice features that will solve your current problem...

Re: video file burning...
Well burning it as DATA still means it will be an AVI format...Its just the type of Burn...Like i showed a buddy of mine that he could get more DATA on to a Disc by Buring Music Files as DATA,Instead of say a Music Option...
This allowed him too fit more music files onto a Single Disc,Instead of burning in a Music Format...Remember this dosnt change the File's format at all, All Discs have 2 Options ok... 1: 700MB or 2: 80Minutes <----- depends on who made the Disc....By burning as DATA you use the 1 Option ,If you burn the other way it reads the file in a whole different Arena...
DATA goes by Size ,Not Type....So the Vcd "Should" still read the AVI and play...
