depends on the licence you purchase, check if you're allowed to. that's where it must be written. but I would think you cannot.

I think as long as you are the only person that uses them then its ok. You certainly can't have both copies running at the same time. Check the EULA.
I don't live here any more.

Can this be considered that I can, I will be the only person using it, my grandma does not want to learn it.
I got nothing to loose, I will install it on my Desktop computer and will try to register it to see what Microsoft says.

The way I read it, you can have it on multiple computers as long as you are the only person using the software.

It seems I read somewhere that you could do that if you are a developer that needs to travel. The reasoning being that if you are on the road then you obviously can not be in two places at once. However, what if your brother-in-law comes over and writes a few apps while you are away and then charges people for them. And you gave him permission to do so. What happens then if the wheels fall off of your car and your dog barks at midnight waking up a neighbor and they come over to develop a few apps?
Man! We could worry ourselves to death over it....while Bill sits back and smiles.

It is completely ethical issue on Computers....haha.....
But I think you can do that thou, just a stupid question.
As VS2005 Express version can be download for free and there is no limitation on using it, if I use it to distribute my software that I have created, am i legal??

People will buy the other versions for the features that are missing in the express edition.
