Services *sigh*
Is there any way to see a list of all running services AND the memory/processor each is taking? My computer has started lagging badly recently, and the Task Manager says the "System Idle Processes" is using ~95% of the processor. I've removed a lot of the non-Microsoft services from startup, and I know I am not suffering from spyware, unless Spybot, M$ AntiSpyware, and XoftSpy are all missing one.

Have you checked the ussage with performance monitor? (It's under Admin tools)
Maybe something else is slowing it all down, have you defraged?
