    my pc is reset..

    hello...
    my pc is reset after 15 min...every time...some time it's hang...

    i reinstall win 98 also try xp ..i m getting same prob with it...

    plz tell me wot i do..to resolve it

    I would get some temperature monitoring software such as SpeedFan and see what your temps are like before your PC is shutting down, to me it souds like a bearing in one of your fans may well be on its way out...

    I've seen this problem before and would agree with thegreatone. A PC will often shut down by itself if the processor temperature is getting extremely hot. Likelihood is:

    a) your fan is not working at all and so the processor is overheating causing a shutdown
    b) your fan cannot produce enough cold hair to keep the processor at optimum temperatures and so it will shut down the pc to prevent damage to the processor

    best solution is to perhaps switch on your pc with the lid off. Watch the fan over the processor, it should be working overtime to keep the processor cool. If it is quite slow, or not on at all you just need a new fan which isn't too expensive.
