[RESOLVED] question: logging out?
hello,
is it dangerous to shut my PC off while not logging out of VBF? because when i visit it again, it showed me logged in and keeps me away from the headache of logging again.
is it really dangerous? (in any and all ways)
thank you.

Re: question: logging out?
If you are the only one in the house that uses that computer (or that uses vbforums on that computer). No, because since no one else could use your account (purposely or on accident). And vbfroums just stores your information in a cookie, so even if someone got access to your computer they would have to find that site specific cookie, and crack it because I think its encrypted.

Re: question: logging out?
Forum software uses cookies to store autologin data across sessions. This does not restrict you from logging in anywhere else. You are in fact logged out when your session expires (it doesn't actually last a very long time), however the cookie will ensure you are automatically re-logged in.
