Windows User Accounts
I Did a Search With 0 Results. My Question is Can One Create a User Account Eg. A Guest Account Using Code.
Some Databases Like Postgre's and SQL Create User Accounts Themselves.
Is this Only Allowed, Maybe For those Who Have Special Agreemements With Microsoft?
