Make form resizeable when FormBorderStyle = None

I have a form, the FormBorderStyle is set to None, however I want to be able to resize it like when FormBorderStyle = Sizeable?

Or alternatively is there a way to hide the border and title bar when FormBorderStyle = Sizeable?

    Thx, Eric

Thanks that works great, is there a way of removing the border that's still around the form?

Do a forum search. There will be multiple examples of creating your own drag and drop functionality for a borderless form. The principles would be the same for resizing.
