outlook tracking
I am running a Rule and a VBA script simultaneously (see here), everything works fine but i have had somebody tell me that they get 2 tracking messages saying message deleted not read, before they finally get a message read report when i do actually read it.
they 2 messages are generated when the new mail is moved from the 2 folders, then when i read it from its final location they get the successful read confirmation.
without having to write the rule in VBA is there any way of making all the mail read before the rule takes effect?
thanks

Re: outlook tracking
I dont believe so. Its a design issue as it processes rules before marking it read. You can stop processing a rule in the middle of a rule but ?
