Microsoft Access Password ???
Dear Friends,
When I am trying to choose a database file using crystal report I was asking to enter the Microsoft Access Password to enter. Actually there is no password set for this database. What is the problem? Please help.
I am using Data File Button (not SQL/ODBC) Button to show path.

Re: Microsoft Access Password ???
What version of CR and Access? If you just accept a blank password does it go away?

No, it doesn't work when I accept the blank password. Just it shows the attached errors.

Re: Microsoft Access Password ???
Ok, sounds like either the DB is corrupt (check by manually opening. If it opens fine then no) or your using the wrong connectionstring or driver.

Yes, it works with Access 97. And doesn't ask for password also.

Re: Microsoft Access Password ???
But the reason it asks for passwords is that it probably doesnt recognize the 2000 format.
