[RESOLVED] set max height of group

Hi all.

We use Crystal as a template for our checks. We used to have check paper perforated in the middle and what we did was make a report with a group and the details would go on the top section and the bottom section was the group footer sized to that half of the paper.

We now have new check paper perforated into thirds (8.5x11 stock so each section is 3 2/3 " in height) and the top part is now going to be a check slip for internal records.

The check slip needs to be a summary of what the details section (now the middle part of the check).

2 questions:
1) is it possible to size a group so that it does not go past 3 2/3 inches?

2)How can I set up my report to have 2 groups, a summary check slip group and an invoice detail group?

Is there an easier way to go about this?

I solved this problem.
Linked subreports is the way to go.
