Programmers for hire website
Hi,
A while ago I remember finding a website where people list projects that they need finished and programmers can bid on each project. I've tried searching google but can't seem to find it. Does anyone know the site I'm thinking of?

There are other forums to ask your questions. If you have something specific, just PM me. I might be able to help.

Or am I doing it wrong?

Rentacoder only charges a fee after you complete the project, they take out like 15% of your profits. I think you can pay a fee though, and they wont take any out. Thats maybe what guru.com is doing?
