...Yeah, the government is worried about it for my kids, kids. Right now, we don't have to worry about pollution (although it is high) but it wont get high enough in either of our lifetimes to be a real danger (I assume your older than 14 ).

You know what's worrying?
The amount of internet connections in the world.
At the current rate of progress, everyone will have three internet connections before 2017. And you know what that means?

Re: Nostradamus
I watched a special about Nostradamus. Many of the so called predictions that came true were so vague, its hard to see any real connection.
Remember the stuff after 9/11 saying he predicted it? But it turned out the prediction was by some college student who did a report on Nostradamus showing how anyone can create vague predictions and make them fit historical events.

Re: Nostradamus
There was a prediction he made of a great fire on the 40th parallel (Paris, London, NYC etc). Although this could have applied to many things
London - The Great Fire of London
NYC - Spetember 11, 2001
Paris - Last years rioting

I think we (*gen human population*) are reading too much into things.
Everything that has a computer in will fail. Everything in your life, from a watch to a car to, you know, a radio, to an iPhone, it will fail if it has a computer in it. They should kill the people who made those things.- 'Woz'

That was an existing prophecy which was modified. Not a newly created one. Documentaries lie too.

He's not a prophet. He just uses the shotgun and symbolism approach. He has thousands of "prophecies" written in very non-specific language.
Prophecy in general is stupid.

Oh god enough with the stupid 2012 crap. Go read a little more into it to find out it is meaningless. It simply rolls over due to their numbering system.

Re: Nostradamus
The only good thing about 2012 is that I'm sure it won't get as much coverage as the 2000 hype did.

.... im not really into all this conspiracy **** but the g8 summit people seem to have had alot of meetings recently and even prince charles went to america to 'confront' george bush about the USAs huge amount of pollution so it must be pretty big for all these people to be talking about it
.... and you people always 4get the story of noah ?
which has been around for how long
and what would happen if the ice caps melted ?
