We bought he Crystal XI (Reports & the server ) because I dont have to spend time developing a UI for inputting parameters . Just create reports and publish on the server and u are done. Just my thinking.
But I can hardly customise or set default values the way I need or do anything with the UI I get from Crystal?

What should I do? Develop my UI rather than depending on crystal UI or is there anything that I have to learn to make use of it my way.
I would need your input please. What do u all do?
