First, Let's not refer to anyone as rift raft.
Having said that, no. This change would require a coding change at a level that we won't do to this forum software.
I personally don't have an issue with people coming here to just get answers. While it would be nice to hope they would be helpful, this simply isn't always the case.
Additionally, there are often times when people come to a forum for months or years just to get answers -- because they are learning. They are not at the time qualified to give answers. BUT later they might come back when they do know things and actually start providing answers. Or they simply might not. Even so, someone may learn from their questions answers.
There a number of experts on the forums I oversee that only asked questions for a long time. Then one day, they started answering them. I wouldn't want to have chased them away early on because we would have lost some people that became great experts.
