using activex controls w/o MFC or ATL??

    Hi,

I'm trying to write an application (GUI) ... basically a player which uses all of windows media player functionality.

I need ur advise and recommendations .... i'd like to know how to use activex controls in a win32 program without hvaing to use MFC or ATL. Can someone point me to a walkthru or let me know what I should be looking for specifically on the net?

thanks for any input, much appreciated!

    Use VB6
Nobody knows what software they want until after you've delivered what they originally asked for.

Don't solve problems which don't exist.
