Question Question about Excel and ActiveX Components

I have MS office 2003 installed. When I try to use the VB editor and add controls it states that they are not properly licensed. Some controls work and some do not. The ones I am trying to use is the Common Dialog and the Timer Control. Shouldn't these two work in Excel 2003?

If it's not there and you can't see it--you erased it!
