Nero Burning problem??

Since I reinstalled, I have yet to burn a CD. So I tried it yesterday to backup some of my files, and I got two errors

Illegal Disk
Could not perform Fixation

At 99% of burnage.

Try it at a lower speed, or with a better quality CD. Did you run the drive test to set the parameters up for the drive?

yeah I think what you need to do is to burn the CD in a lower speed like 32x preferably 24x, by the way if you are using nero 7 then there is a sliding menu in the left side, you have to click it so that you can choose the speed of the burning. hope this helps.

Did you tell Nero to 'overburn' the CD to fit more than 700mbs?
