[Resolved] Special Forum To Allow Spam

I was wondering, if possible, if you administrators can add a forum section to allow spam. Not so much like advertising spam, but more like the CC section to where we can actually be allowed to do things, such as for example, 2 pages of "Cat" threads, or other fun stuff. It was pretty hilarious, and would love to see what can happen next.

Sorry but Chit Chat and World Events is as far as we'll go considering that some of the powers-that-be have suggested we should remove them.
