Re: Microsoft Small Business CRM 3.0
I haven't heard of anyone using their CRM software nor have I seen any screenshots or reviews.
I have my own CRM application (http://binaryidiot.com/binarydbase.php). You're not threatened by me, are you?

Re: Microsoft Small Business CRM 3.0
MS has several programs, utilities and tools that really do help in managing clients/customers. Especially useful in companies that do allot of marketing and sales. If your clients are not that involved in marketing and/or are small then they can get away with user skills in managing their Outlook contacts but will ultimately be missing out on some of the benefits.
