Ok, I remember seeing this somewhere on this site, but I can't find it! So, I'll ask all of you, how do you get/change the default homepage as listed in Internet Options from the Control Panel?

This info is stored in the registry for IE. I'm not sure about netscape. The key is:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main and is the in the String "Start Page". You can get/change these values from code. There are some regisrty examples on this site. Good luck.
