    Need to refresh reports

I am using Crystal Report Writer 8.5 with Server 2000 (SP4) and users have Windows XP Pro (SP1). Since my upgrade to Server 2000 I have experienced unusual problems. Users will run reports (from within the VB program) and they come up blank. Then, when they hit the refesh button, the data is there. This is fine for reports that they print to the screen, but if they send it to t printer instead of the screen, they don't have the option to hit the refresh button.

Outside of being a PITA, it is causing the users to question the data on the reports (at least until the refresh them).

Has anyone else had any problems with this combination?
