I don't know much about a PBX system so I'll do my best to explain.

Currently our PBX is updating a text file, called capture.txt, with call log information.
What I would like to do is write a program (preferably in VB but C is fine also) that would capture this information, filter it and write it to a file.
This way I could filter data and write it to a file based on the date of the call. (I.e. PBX_Feb022001.csv).

Can anyone help?
or steer me towards usefull websites or books?
